HI PEOPLE!!!!

Had a hot date with Serene today. Went to LOTSA places. Whole of orchard, Plaza Singapura and Marine Square. HAHAHAHA.

Met her at 10.30a.m cos she can't wait to get to Wisma Hula & Co. to get the top that she didn't get ytd. When I was on my way to meet her. I didn't know what to SMS her so I typed a "Good morning!" to her and she was shocked and taught I just woke up. At that time was 10.21a.m le. If I just wake up, I'll most definitely get whacked by her. Met her at Yew Tee and straight off to town! ZOOOOOM____________________.

On the Mrt we saw this Lady who was sleeping very comfortably on the mrt. With her mouth wide open like she couldn't get enough oxygen and Serene audaciously took a photo of her. LOL! Felt bad though but it was really funny. Gotta see it to believe it. :) Maybe I'll asked Serene to post up the photo. ha! (Update: the photo is up interested party please click here
:) )

The moment we reach Orchard we ZOOOOOOOOOOM_______________ to Hula & Co. cos Serene was so afriad that that top would be bought off as it was left only with 2pieces ytd and would she was afraid it would be gone. HA! When we reach there she was like "Phew... Left one more piece." If not my ears is gonna be in trouble for the whole day. AHAHAHAH!

We walked from Wisma to Taka and back to Wisma then to Far East Plaza then to MM's Esprit then to Cathay for our lunch at Hong Kong Cafe. I was looking for the Baked rice section on the Menu when it was JUST RIGHT INFRONT OF ME! Oh goodness and Serene said i look funny so she asked me to "pose" again to let her take picture. It looks really unnatural (Obviously) but who cares? haha
MY Lunch for the day. Black pepper Chicken and YingYong tea. HAHAHA! YingYong sounds really funny.
YingYong! Me and Serene was saying "wasn't it suppose to be "YingYang"?
Nice ya? HAHAHHA!
Actually my objective today was to get something nice for Prom Noon. Oh well in the end I still can't escape the guilty pleasure of mine. =x Oh yes. And I teach Serene how to lock the fitting room door at Armani Exchange at Ngee Ann City. We were at Takashimaya when we saw these section selling Halloween stuffs. I was looking around at the stuffs and I turn around and WOOOOOOOOOOOOOH I was scared by the stupid halloween stuff behind my back. Never taught would get shocked by those.

Was looking at my Prom Noon clothes and this Male staff at the particular shop was uber friendly. He keep helping me to get the relavant clothes for our prom theme and another staff also gave their opinion on the dressing. Overall I give a +++ for their service. I'll surely go back and get their stuffs man.

It's this kinda friendly service and the attitude of giving the customer the best out of everything that makes the customer want to go back there and buy their things. Who says service is not important. It's very important. If One knows how to capture the customer's heart. The customer will sure go back. Oh yes. I do not support the phrase that many people like to use

"The customer is always right."

YES. Maybe to a certain extend. Many people tend to use this to so-called achieve what they want. Spare a thought for those in the service line. If the customer get too overboard it's not the customer's right anymore. People do make mistake at times. We're all humans. Why do some people just have to make a big fuss out of it and not being able to forgive and forget the poor fellow who is in the service line and made a mistake. And is now shaken with fear over the mistake that he made and is afraid of the customer lashing out at him/her. Oh well. Not many people put themselves in other people shoes. I'm not saying I always do. Think about it. If you were to be in the poor fellow shoes. You would want to be forgiven after you had offered a sincere apology. Oh well digress too much.. Where was I. Oh ya!

And Serene was thinking whether she should buy that necklace anot. Got discount somemore. She will be thinking thinking using up all her brain juice. HAHAHA!

I've decided. Decided. Hope I get a good bargain with my mama. :)

Oh well. Overall Great day spent with Serene. Hot date man. This kinda shopping is so much better than how we used to go out. LOL! Shall not digress any further. :)

Cya people!
Thanks for reading.
