4 more papers and I'll be free~ 4 papers but it's 12 more days. dang! POA paper 2 tomorrow but I seriously do not have any idea how to study for it. Alright.
As you people know I love to read and I read a lot so I was surfing the web sometime ago and I came across this article. I can't copy and paste the whole article here due to personal reasons but there is this stanza,or rather part of the stanza, that really sets me into constant mental occupation so i thought i would just share it with you.
This article is about 'Exotic'
On a superficial level, exotic does have some ‘positive’ connotations. Something that is described as exotic must be excitingly different, unusual, strange yet interesting and intriguing. However, conventionally the word is used to describe rugs, vases, plots of land, strip dancers, different species of animal... After all, “exotic” cannot be a permanent quality of any object. In order to enjoy the exotic, we must keep it at a distance. As soon as we possess it, it becomes familiar, and it ceases to be exotic. It becomes part of our framework, and we must find other qualities within it if our love for it can be sustained.
Sometimes I hear people describing others as being exotic-looking and stuffs I never really realize that if I were to go deeper it actually somewhat seems to have a totally different meaning to it. Just a small stanza won't set you thinking of course and i apologize for not being able to show you the whole article but I think this is like the most important part of the article. Next time when I come across interesting articles as well I will showed it to you guys as well. =D
Sidenote: I actually wanted to give my own opinion but then I realize I don't really know how to phrase it well so I decided not to in case it is being portrayed in a different light.

I can't believe 16 just flash past like this, wow. I don't know what to say other than Thank You to my beloved family and friends that have accompany through 16. I've made some huge decision during 16 and well, no regrets. =D
